Customs House Port Adelaide, owned and managed by the Precision Group of Companies, is committed to the implementation of innovative and sustainable practices to reduce the impact that our property has on the environment. 
 
The 5.5 star NABERS rating helps us to accurately measure, understand and communicate the environmental performance of Customs House. The focus is to continuously monitor and manage energy consumption and drive improvements to exceed the expectations of tenants.
 
Sustainability installations include a 100kW solar system, consisting of 240 ‘SunPower’ solar panels spanning approximately 760 square metres in area, which is equal to 4 full size tennis courts. Reducing Co2 emissions by 80.58 tonnes per annum, the solar system will generate 22% of the base building load of Customs House.
